Tim Taylor's leadership journey spans military service, corporate leadership, pastoral ministry, and international missions. A retired U.S. Navy Commander, Tim spent years developing strategic leadership skills in highly demanding environments before applying those same principles to church leadership, prayer movements, and community transformation initiatives around the world.
His unique combination of military strategy, biblical leadership, and practical ministry experience has helped leaders establish effective frameworks for uniting churches, mobilizing prayer, and creating lasting impact within their communities.
Biography
For more than 30 years, Tim Taylor has helped pastors, civic leaders, business leaders, and transformation teams unite in prayer, build strategic relationships, and pursue measurable transformation in their communities.
An author, speaker, apostolic strategist, and founder of Kingdom League International, Tim has equipped leaders in more than 38 nations with practical biblical principles that help them think, plan, pray, and act strategically. Leaders from more than 10,000 churches have reported using these principles to mobilize prayer, strengthen churches, foster collaboration among leaders, and address challenges facing their cities and regions.
Tim's journey began during Operation Desert Storm while serving on an admiral's staff in the United States Navy. There he discovered that many of the strategic principles taught in military war colleges were rooted in timeless biblical truth. Convinced these principles could help leaders far beyond the battlefield, he began applying them to prayer movements, church leadership, community transformation, and organizational development.
Since 1992, Tim has worked with leaders across denominational, cultural, and national boundaries to build sustainable movements of prayer, unity, and action. Communities applying these principles have reported measurable outcomes including reduced crime, lower unemployment, stronger economies, improved educational performance, increased church participation, and enhanced cooperation between church and civic leaders. In some cases, the results have been so remarkable that participants have described them as miraculous.
Through these efforts, leaders have established more than 38 houses of prayer and 43 churches while advancing collaborative initiatives that serve communities and strengthen families. The impact of this work has been featured by Charisma Magazine and Breaking Christian News.
